Every year we invent new ways to reward people for donating. We have learned that the best way to encourage this is to bring suffering to other people as a reward. So we come up with lots of fun ways to bring suffering down on our pit crew. And don’t worry, it’s all willing! Some examples are that we make Fox eat Pop Rocks and sour candy, which she hates. We make everyone wear Kigurumis for the duration of the marathon. for one year year Uriel read The Eye of Argon and we posted his audio of it online (Listen to it HERE.) This year the big thing is that for every $2,000 we will make Fox watch a horrible movie while she works on the Court Reporter images. And if an individual donates $1,000 they can either pick a specific movie for Fox to watch or save her from one (It’s okay, we know which choice most people will make.) Fox will be in channel to express her… joy. And like we said, all of this is willing!
